Yes. We provide our service to customers who reside in all of the counties of England, Scotland and Wales. It is our intention to provide our services to all customers in Northern Ireland in the very near future.

Sitting Pretty accept payment by all debit and credit cards, Pay Pal, cheque, cash and bank transfer.

Yes. Once we have received the deposit you will receive confirmation of the booking.

Separate receipts will not be issued unless you request one from us. Your final invoice will detail what deposits have been paid.

You will receive the final invoice 28 days prior to the special day, the remaining balance should be paid at that point.

This is obviously the whole point of the service. The covers should fit perfectly and look chic. Our chair covers come in a variety of sizes and in our experience we are always able to ensure a perfect fit. If we have not dressed chairs at your venue before, we can send samples of our chair covers to you so that you can satisfy yourself of the fit and quality of the covers. There is no additional charge for this service. We will enclose a sae so that you can return the samples once you have tried them on your chairs. We ask that you return the sample covers back to us in a timely fashion.

Sitting Pretty will confirm with you and your wedding venue when the chair covers can be fitted. Ultimately, the chair covers and organza sashes will be fitted and dressed at least 2 hours prior to the start time of your event.
